It is very important to chew your food well to aid digestion and transport food faster.

It is essential to drink 2 liters of water and unsweetened green tea during the day.

Finally, do not forget physical activity like walking, running, or fitness 40-minute training can be a good start.

Indian diet: advantages and disadvantages

Many people are using the Indian diet and Indian meals when they want to lose weight. Be ready! You can lose about 4 kg in two weeks.  However, there are some disadvantages to this diet. It may become boring, requires a very strong willingness to continue, and is forbidden for people with hypertension.

In addition, it should take no more than 15 days because it does not provide your body with important vitamins such as A, B12, and D, or minerals such as iron and calcium.

The most important factor of this diet is the food variety.  For example, you can eat lasagna with vegetables or pasta, omelet with onions and tomatoes, rice with vegetables, meat (except cow meat) and a salad.
